Job description
AKVA Technologies, CJSC is looking for Purchasing and Supply chain Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplying developing cutting-edge applications and technology. Purchasing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that we have the right product in the right place at the right time in order to support production and minimize costs.

Responsibilities

• Purchases supplies, materials, and parts for the company as needed

• Maintains knowledge of trends, prices, buyers, and delivery conditions to anticipate future material availability

• Negotiates and completes contracts with vendors for optimal cost and delivery times

• Reviews purchase orders and contracts for compliance with company and departmental policies

• Communicates with suppliers to resolve problems that may arise regarding delivery, quality, price, or conditions of sale

• Develop new sources of supply and establish strategic alliances

• Manage international contracts

• Maintains inventory databases

Qualifications
 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in logistics, purchaising and supply chain

• Strong English language, B1 level or higer

• Knowledge of Armenian language, A2 level or higer

• Proficient in any of Purchase Management ERP Software experience

• Proficient in Excel
